We thought that it’d be better
when we decided I should go
But my heart is broke for both our kids
And, I miss y’all so

## My babies live in Kansas and I hail from Arkansas
I really messed up and left my home and now I cain’t be their Paw.

What I’d give to have you back
but another found my jewel,
Scooped you up and made you his
And God it feels so cruel

We make mistakes and do wrong things
and live with our regrets
But this one here is the worst of all
And it’s as bad as it gets
