Too much car
People buy or make cars with a lot of horse power, acceleration, maneuverability and top and speed. Then they drive them. They are sitting on something that most people aren’t accustomed to driving in crowded traffic situations. I see a parallel between these for people, and garden owners.
Tons of people have cars but do they really need race cars?
Tons of people have guns but do they need a salt weapons?
Just because you own and a salt rifle or hand cannon, doesn’t make you any more or less gun savvy, and driving a car that should probably be on a dragstrip does not make you any more or less qualified to drive a lot of car.
I think it would be remarkable, if there was a demarcation on the drivers license and license plate of people drive driving cars over a certain horse power or speed that said they had additional training.
Same as I think sometimes that people who want to own a salt rifles and other heavy ordinance, could undergo some special training or other hurdle which would tend to prevent the mentally unstable from easily acquiring a weapon of that capacity.
