Bear your weight through the butt of your hand especially through your pinky palm
Don’t handle the weight with your fingers whenever possible use the butt of your hand.
Clench the muscle group you’re working at the of the stroke.
Be conscious of the muscle group you’re working and keep that muscle group under tension, try not to do much work with any other muscle group
You have a dominant arm, try and move the weight with both arms and then during the exercise try and move the weight with your left and your right arm dominantly
Always elbows in and never go full extension it’s bad for the joints especially under loading
Tight flexion is OK
For any standing exercise, posture is critical. Don’t lock your knees keep your hips lender your back straight shoulders back. Focus on your posture. Isolate the muscle group with elbows in.
