That the Speaker of the House can personally incapacitate opposition and disrupt the conduct of Presidential and Congressional business, is a huge boon to the party to which the Speaker belongs. I would like to see that ‘exploit’ taken out of the game but someday the Speaker of The House will cripple and waylay government and personally undermine the Constitution and another Presidency in a way that is to my actual liking, and I won’t want that egregious glitch to be patched. Someday the tail will wag the dog for my party and it will be delicious.
