My agent was amazing!
I hear that a lot.
Real estate agent sells the house for asking price in one day, owner is overjoyed and considers the real estate agent a miracle worker.
Problem is, the agent personally needed a quick sale, and sold the house for $4.50 in a market that would easily support $5.00.
Another agent, also a miracle worker, found the clients the *perfect* home at a very good price. Somehow this little gem had been in the multiple listing service for over a month, undiscovered. But the agent’s keen eye uncovered it and now the clients car is in the driveway. With more experience and awareness, the agent would have checked and known that there were plans to redistrict the school system and that Fulton county was going to annex the local high school into the city school system. There was also an interstate powerline and substation just beyond the trees at the edge of the property.
